Statewide shipping is available within Virginia.

All Sales Are Final.Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds, returns, and exchanges are not accepted.


J.W. Passions Sweet & Savory takes great care in packaging each order. Cookies are individually wrapped and heat sealed for freshness. Due to the heat-sealing process, toppings such as glazes, cookie butter, caramel, or other decorations may occasionally stick to the packaging.


Once an order has been shipped, J.W. Passions Sweet & Savory is not responsible for delays, damages, lost packages, or mishandling by third-party shipping carriers. Refunds will not be issued for cookies that arrive broken during transit.


Processing & Shipping


Cookies are baked fresh and shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Orders placed after the weekly processing cutoff will be shipped during the next scheduled shipping cycle.


LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available by appointment only.

Customers will receive pickup instructions after their order is confirmed. Pickup is typically arranged at a designated public meeting location in the Chesterfield area.

Please arrive within your scheduled pickup window. If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible using the phone number provided on the website.


LOCAL DELIVERY

Local delivery may be available within select areas for an additional fee.

Delivery availability is based on location, order size, and schedule. Customers will receive confirmation and delivery details after placing their order.
